Everyone knows the common playground game HORSE. It is where you have to make a basket to get each letter and whoever gets the word spelled first wins. Well, back in elementary school I would have to say that we played that game a million times. Maybe I am exaggerating a little, but we did play it every recess. The funny thing, though, was that our game was a little different than most.

You see, we weren’t the brightest bunch and our spelling skills left a lot to be desired. It’s kind of funny, now, looking back. Our game was HOARSE. My friend Billy said he looked it up in the dictionary and that was how you spelled it. So, for three years in elementary school me and my buddies played HOARSE. It wasn’t until fifth grade when we learned that we were using the wrong spelling. To this day, though, every time I play that game I have to chuckle and occasionally I even play it the old way.

The Legend Playground has a 6” post with an extension arm and is built for rough play. It has a 42” x 60” steel backboard with an unbreakable fixed goal. The Legend Playground Dual system offers the same features as the Legend Playground, but with an additional support arm, backboard and rim on the opposite side.
