The PowerMount Contender is made to be used by institutions that want to host basketball games but don't have a lot of space to do so. In a situation where the backboard needs to be located close to a wall, this high-quality unit is a great choice. This unit is securely mounted onto a wall. Since the wall-to-backboard extension is a mere 12", it doesn't extend out very far onto floor. The FT239 tempered glass backboard and FT190 competition goal form a very sturdy system that will stand up to the level of punishment that multiple basketball teams can mete out. For added player safety, you can add bolt-on backboard padding to your order.

The PowerMount Contender is constructed using solid square tubing and a black powder coat finish for extra durability.
